Above the Law is an American hip-hop group formed in 1989 in Pomona, California. The group consisted of Cold 187um, KMG the Illustrator, Go Mack, and DJ Total K-Oss. Their debut album, "Livin' Like Hustlers," was released in 1990 under Ruthless Records and produced by Dr. Dre. The group is known for their contribution to the G-Funk genre, which influenced West Coast hip-hop in the 1990s. Notable albums include "Black Mafia Life" (1993) and "Uncle Sam's Curse" (1994).
