Aenaon is a Greek progressive black metal band formed in 2006. Their discography includes albums "Cendres et Sang" (2011), "Extance" (2014), and "Hypnosophy" (2016). In 2022, they released the album "Mnemosyne," featuring nine tracks recorded, mixed, and mastered by guitarist and bassist Achilleas C. at Suncord Audiolab in Ioannina, Greece. The album cover was created by Ben Howe. The band is known for its avant-garde approach to black metal, integrating elements of jazz and progressive metal into their music. Members of the band are also associated with other projects such as Varathron and Katavasia.
