Aladean Kheroufi is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, arranger, producer, and DJ of Algerian descent, based in Edmonton, Alberta. At 17, he began touring as a sideman across Canada, the USA, Europe, and the UK, collaborating with bands such as The Velveteins and Marlaena Moore. As a solo artist, he has performed alongside Alex Cameron, Michael Rault, and Daniel Romano. After four years on the road, he settled in New York City to immerse himself in the city's culture and soul music. Upon returning to Canada, he focused on creating music in his home studio.
