Amandine Beyer is a French violinist specializing in Baroque music. She studied at the Conservatoire de Paris and the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis under Chiara Banchini. In 2001, she won first prize at the Antonio Vivaldi competition in Turin. In 2006, she founded the ensemble Gli Incogniti, with whom she has recorded several acclaimed albums, including "Sonatas & Partitas BWV 1001-1006" and "Teatro alla Moda". Beyer is also a member of the Kitgut Quartet and has been teaching Baroque violin at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis since 2010. Her recordings have been recognized for their authentic interpretation of the Baroque repertoire.
