Amen Dunes was the musical project of Damon McMahon, founded in 2006 in New York City. The project released seven studio albums, including "Love" (2014), "Freedom" (2018), and "Death Jokes" (2024). Amen Dunes' musical style encompassed indie rock, folk, and psychedelic folk. In 2024, McMahon announced the conclusion of the project following the release of "Death Jokes II".
