Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness is the musical project of American singer and pianist Andrew McMahon, launched in 2014 following the dissolution of his previous band, Jack's Mannequin. The self-titled debut album was released on October 14, 2014, featuring the single "Cecilia and the Satellite." Subsequent albums include "Zombies on Broadway" (2017), "Upside Down Flowers" (2018), and "Tilt at the Wind No More" (2023). McMahon's music blends pop, soft rock, and electronic elements. Prior to this project, McMahon was known as the frontman of the bands Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin.
