Arts The Beatdoctor is a Dutch producer from Utrecht, known for blending electronic synthesizers with organic field recordings. He debuted with the 'Fragments' EP in 2006, followed by the 'Transitions' album in 2007, which featured 15 tracks resulting from three years of sampling and composing. In 2008, he released the 'Progressions' EP, and in 2013, the compilation 'Lost Track of Time; Unreleased 2002–2012'. In 2013, he released the 'Lazy Thunder' EP, showcasing his ability to cross genre boundaries. He has collaborated with artists like Pete Philly and Perquisite and was a member of the group The Q4. Currently, he teaches electronic music production at the Rockacademie.
