Avatarium is a Swedish doom metal band from Stockholm, founded in 2013 by Candlemass member Leif Edling. Their debut album, "Avatarium," was released in November 2013 under Nuclear Blast. In October 2015, they released their second album, "The Girl with the Raven Mask," which was named Album of the Month in several European magazines. The third album, "Hurricanes and Halos," was released in May 2017. In November 2019, they released "The Fire I Long For," followed by "Death, Where Is Your Sting" in October 2022.
