Beatrice Rana is an Italian pianist who began studying piano at the age of 4 and made her orchestral debut at 9 with Bach's F minor Concerto. She studied at the Nino Rota Conservatory in Monopoli and the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover. In 2011, she won first prize at the Montreal International Piano Competition, and in 2013, she received the silver medal at the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. An exclusive recording artist for Warner Classics, she has released albums such as "Bach: Goldberg Variations" and "Prokofiev: Piano Concerto No. 2 - Tchaikovsky: Piano Concerto No. 1."
