Bergfried is an Austrian musical duo consisting of Anna de Savoy and Erech III. von Lothringen. They are known for their epic heavy metal music with folk influences. Their discography includes the EPs "Romantik I" (2022) and "Romantik II" (2023), which were later released together as "Romantik I & II" in 2024. The album "Romantik III" is scheduled for release in October 2025. The duo has collaborated with Sarah Kitteringham from the band Smoulder and Katja Macabre on certain tracks. Their music is characterized by a blend of metal and folk elements.
