Blonde Redhead is an American alternative rock band formed in 1993 in New York City by Kazu Makino and twin brothers Amedeo and Simone Pace. Their music has evolved from noise rock to dream pop and shoegaze. Notable albums include "Misery Is a Butterfly" (2004) and "23" (2007). The band is known for their experimental sounds and emotive lyrics. Throughout their career, they collaborated with producer Guy Picciotto of Fugazi and released ten studio albums.
