Cadaver is a Norwegian death metal band formed in 1988 in the towns of Råde and Fredrikstad. Their debut album, "Hallucinating Anxiety," was released in 1990 under the Necrosis label, a subsidiary of Earache Records. After disbanding in 1993, the band reunited in 1999 under the name Cadaver Inc. and released the album "Discipline" in 2001. They later reverted to their original name and released "Necrosis" in 2004. Following another hiatus, they reunited in 2019 and released "Edder & Bile" in 2020. In 2023, they released the album "The Age of the Offended." The band is known for their contribution to the Norwegian death metal scene and collaborations with members of bands like Carcass and Immortal.
