Cardiacs were a British rock band formed in 1977 in Kingston upon Thames by brothers Tim and Jim Smith. The band was known for their eclectic style, combining elements of punk, progressive rock, and psychedelia. Their most notable albums include "A Little Man and a House and the Whole World Window" (1988), "On Land and in the Sea" (1989), and "Sing to God" (1996). Their music influenced many artists and bands, including Blur. After Tim Smith's death in 2020, the band members reunited in 2024 for a series of sold-out concerts.
