Cécile Corbel is a French singer, harpist, and composer born in Pont-Croix, Brittany. She has released ten studio albums, including "SongBook 1" and "SongBook vol. 2". In 2010, she composed the soundtrack for Studio Ghibli's film "Arrietty", becoming the first non-Japanese composer to work for the studio. Her music blends Celtic and world music influences. She has collaborated with artists such as Alan Stivell and Dan Ar Braz. Corbel sings in several languages, including French, English, and Breton.
