Cédric Tiberghien is a French pianist who studied at the Conservatoire de Paris under Frédéric Aguessy and Gérard Frémy. In 1998, he won the First Prize at the Long-Thibaud-Crespin Competition. He has performed with orchestras such as the Boston Symphony, Cleveland Orchestra, and London Symphony Orchestra under conductors like Christoph Eschenbach and Jiří Bělohlávek. His discography includes recordings of works by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, and Debussy for the Harmonia Mundi label. Tiberghien is also an active chamber musician, regularly collaborating with violinist Alina Ibragimova, violist Antoine Tamestit, and baritone Stéphane Degout.
