Damage was an American hardcore punk band from New York City, active from approximately 1983 to 1988. The band was known for their energetic and dynamic live performances, as captured on their 1986 album "Recorded Live Off the Board at CBGB." Another notable album is "Sins of Our Fathers" from 1984. Their music is characterized by speed and intensity, typical of the 1980s New York hardcore scene. The band was considered one of the defining acts of this scene.
