Dan Auerbach is an American musician, singer, and producer, best known as the guitarist and vocalist of The Black Keys. In 2009, he released his debut solo album, "Keep It Hid," featuring tracks like "Heartbroken, In Disrepair" and "The Prowl." The album was recorded in his home studio in Akron, Ohio, and encompasses genres such as blues rock, garage rock, and indie folk. Auerbach is also a member of The Arcs and owns the Easy Eye Sound recording studio in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2013, he received the Grammy Award for Producer of the Year in the non-classical category.
