Doulce Mémoire is a French early music ensemble founded in 1990 by flutist Denis Raisin Dadre. Specializing in Renaissance repertoire, the group is based in Tours, Centre-Val de Loire. They have gained recognition for their interpretations of works by composers such as Roland de Lassus and Guillaume Costeley. Notable recordings include "Requiem des Rois de France" (1999) and "Léonard de Vinci: L'Harmonie du monde" (2003). In 2024, they released "Ronsard et la musique: Cueillez, cueillez votre jeunesse!", celebrating the 500th anniversary of poet Pierre de Ronsard's birth, featuring musical adaptations of his poetry from the 16th to the 20th century.
