Electric Citizen is a rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio, known for their fuzzed-out riffs and hypnotic melodies. Formed in 2012, they have released albums such as "Sateen," "Higher Time," and "Helltown." Their fourth album, "EC4," was released on June 27, 2025, under the Heavy Psych Sounds label. The album was recorded at Candyland Studio in Dayton, Kentucky, and mixed by Collin Dupuis in Detroit. Mastering was done by JJ Golden in California. The album artwork was created by Neil Krug, who also worked with the band on their first album, "Sateen." The band is known for their energetic live performances and unique sound that blends vintage psychedelia with heavy rock.
