EPMD is an American hip-hop duo from Brentwood, New York, consisting of Erick Sermon and Parrish Smith. The group's name stands for "Erick and Parrish Making Dollars." Their 1988 debut album, "Strictly Business," achieved gold status and featured tracks like "You Gots to Chill." They followed up with "Unfinished Business" (1989), "Business as Usual" (1990), and "Business Never Personal" (1992), the latter including the hit "Crossover." After a hiatus, they returned with "Back in Business" (1997) and "Out of Business" (1999). EPMD collaborated with artists such as Redman, K-Solo, and Das EFX and were part of the Hit Squad collective. The products available from the artist EPMD include vinyls, t-shirts.
