Existenz is a punk band from Helsingborg, Sweden, formed in 1981. Throughout their career, they performed in Sweden and twice toured the United Kingdom, sharing stages with bands such as UK Subs, The Vibrators, and Urban Dogs. In 2016, they reunited with their original 1984 lineup and have since toured in Sweden, Germany, and Ireland. Notable albums include "Let's Get Drunk Before It's Too Late" and "Meltdown". In 2019, they released the split album "They Can't Control It" with the Irish band The Nilz.
