Faster Pussycat is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles, formed in 1985 by vocalist Taime Downe. The band has released four studio albums: "Faster Pussycat" (1987), "Wake Me When It's Over" (1989), "Whipped!" (1992), and "The Power and the Glory Hole" (2006). Their biggest hit, "House of Pain," comes from the album "Wake Me When It's Over." Known for their glam metal style, the band has sold over two million records worldwide.
