Firtan is a German black metal band formed in 2010 in Lörrach. Their discography includes albums "Niedergang" (2014), "Okeanos" (2018), "Marter" (2022), and "Ethos" (2024). Musically, they blend elements of black metal, progressive metal, and atmospheric metal. They have collaborated with artists such as J.J. from Harakiri for the Sky and L.G. from Ellende.
