LP platne - Geinoh Yamashirogumi

Geinoh Yamashirogumi is a Japanese musical collective founded on January 19, 1974, by Tsutomu Ōhashi, comprising hundreds of people from various professions. They are known for their re-creations of globally recognized folk music and compositions that blend traditional and modern elements. Their 1986 album, Ecophony Rinne, introduced computer-generated sounds. This success brought them to the attention of Katsuhiro Ōtomo, who commissioned them to create the soundtrack for the film Akira. The soundtrack is a mix of digital synthesizers, Indonesian bamboo percussion instruments, traditional Japanese theatrical and spiritual music, European classical, and progressive rock. The products available from the artist Geinoh Yamashirogumi include vinyls.
