Get The Blessing is a British jazz-rock band formed in Bristol in 2000. The members are Jim Barr (bass guitar), Clive Deamer (drums), Jake McMurchie (saxophone), and Pete Judge (trumpet). Their 2008 debut album, "All Is Yes," won the Best Album award at the BBC Jazz Awards. The band is known for its unique fusion of jazz and rock, drawing inspiration from Ornette Coleman. Other notable albums include "Bugs in Amber" (2009), "OCDC" (2012), and "Lope and Antilope" (2014).
