The current lineup consists of Janne "JB" Christoffersson (vocals, guitar), Mats "Fox" Skinner (bass), and Ludwig "Ludde" Witt (drums). The band has released ten studio albums, including "Iron Will" (2008), "Hammer of the North" (2010), and "Wolf God" (2019). Their music blends elements of heavy metal, doom metal, and stoner metal. Grand Magus has collaborated with bands such as At The Gates, Cathedral, and Electric Wizard. In 2024, they released the concept album "Sunraven," inspired by the epic poem "Beowulf."
