Hana Hegerová was a Slovak singer and actress known for her interpretation of chansons. She performed in Prague's Rokoko and Semafor theaters. She released albums such as "Recital" (1971), "Recital 2" (1974), and "Lásko prokletá" (1977). She collaborated with lyricists Pavel Kopta and Jiřina Fikejzová, and composers Petr Hapka and Petr Malásek. In 1967, she performed at Paris's Olympia. She received awards including the Medal of Merit from President Václav Havel in 2002 and the Order of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk I Class in 2014.
