Harriet Krijgh is a Dutch cellist who began playing the cello at the age of five. She studied at the Utrechts Conservatorium and later at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna. In 2012, she won the first prize and the audience award at the National Cello Competition in Amsterdam. She has performed with orchestras such as the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, and Vienna Symphony Orchestra. Her discography includes recordings of works by Kabalevsky, Haydn, Brahms, and Rachmaninov. In 2019, she joined the Artemis Quartet. Harriet plays on a rare 1723 Domenico Montagnana cello, whose scroll was made by Stradivarius. The products available from the artist Harriet Krijgh include CDs.
