Heavy Rain was a heavy progressive blues band from Blackpool, formed in the late 1960s. In 1973, as a power trio with Geoff Carter (guitar, vocals), Oggy Hargreaves (bass), and Bernie Worsley (drums), they recorded an album in London that was not released at the time. Their music is underground psychedelic hard rock with heavy fuzz-wah guitars and echo effects. The album includes seven original tracks and a cover of a Pink Floyd song.
