Heresiarch is a New Zealand black/death metal band formed in 2008. Their debut EP, 'Hammer of Intransigence,' was released in 2011, followed by the 'Wælwulf' EP in 2014 and their debut album, 'Death Ordinance,' in 2017. Their music combines elements of black, death, and doom metal with an emphasis on martial themes. The band has toured the USA and performed at festivals in Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. In 2019, they released a split album with Genocide Shrines, Serpents Athirst, and Trepanation. The products available from the artist Heresiarch include CDs.
