Hothouse Flowers is an Irish rock band formed in 1985 in Dublin. Their debut album, "People" (1988), became the most successful debut in Irish history, reaching number one in Ireland and number two in the UK. The band is known for blending traditional Irish music with elements of rock, soul, and gospel. Notable songs include "Don't Go" and "Give It Up". Throughout their career, they have collaborated with artists such as Def Leppard and Indigo Girls.
