INXS was an Australian rock band formed in Sydney in 1977. The original lineup included Michael Hutchence (vocals), Kirk Pengilly (guitar/saxophone), Garry Gary Beers (bass guitar), Jon Farriss (drums), Tim Farriss (guitar), and Andrew Farriss (keyboards). The band achieved international success in the 1980s and 1990s with albums like "Kick" and singles such as "Need You Tonight" and "New Sensation". After Hutchence's death in 1997, INXS collaborated with several vocalists, including J.D. Fortune and Ciaran Gribbin. The band won six ARIA Awards and was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2001.
