J.T. Rhythm was an American soul singer known for his single "My Sweet Baby." This track was originally released on the Palmer label and later reissued on CD with a slightly faster tempo and improved production. The B-side of the original single featured his version of "All I Want Is You." Subsequently, this track was released on vinyl with O.C.
