Jacek Kaczmarski was a Polish singer, songwriter, and poet known for his anti-communist songs. He collaborated with Przemysław Gintrowski and Zbigniew Łapiński on albums such as "Mury" and "Krzyk". His songs often drew inspiration from visual arts and literature. After the imposition of martial law in 1981, he emigrated and worked for Radio Free Europe.
