Jaubi is an instrumental quartet from Lahore, Pakistan, formed in 2013. The band's name derives from an Urdu word meaning "whatever/whoever." Their music blends North Indian classical music, modal jazz, and hip-hop, with all compositions created by ear without written notation. Their debut album, "Nafs at Peace," was released in 2021 and recorded in Lahore and Oslo. In 2024, they released "A Sound Heart," exploring different stages of love and inspired by a verse from the Quran.
