Javier Perianes is a Spanish pianist who has performed in the world's most prestigious concert halls with leading orchestras and conductors. His discography includes works by Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Schubert, Grieg, Chopin, Debussy, Ravel, and Bartók, as well as Blasco de Nebra, Mompou, Falla, Granados, and Turina. In 2012, he was awarded Spain's National Music Prize, and in 2019, he was named Artist of the Year at the International Classical Music Awards (ICMA).
