Jawbreaker is an American punk rock band formed in 1986 in San Francisco. The band consisted of Blake Schwarzenbach (guitar, vocals), Chris Bauermeister (bass guitar), and Adam Pfahler (drums). Their second studio album, "Bivouac," was released on December 1, 1992, featuring tracks like "Shield Your Eyes" and "Chesterfield King." The album was recorded at Razor's Edge studio in San Francisco and produced by the band members along with Billy Anderson and Jonathan Burnside. Jawbreaker is known for its influence on the emo and punk rock scenes of the 1990s.
