Jeff Baker is an American jazz vocalist who has released five albums under the OA2 Records label. His fifth album, "Phrases," was released in 2018 and features original compositions and arrangements of pop and jazz standards. On this album, he collaborated with notable musicians such as Brian Blade, Steve Wilson, Marquis Hill, Clark Sommers, Geof Bradfield, and Gregory Uhlmann. "Phrases" is considered his most ambitious and personal project.
