Jérémie Rhorer is a French conductor and composer, born in Paris in 1973. He studied harpsichord, flute, and composition at the Conservatoire National de Région de Paris, and later continued his studies at the Conservatoire de Paris. In 2005, he co-founded with violinist Julien Chauvin the ensemble Le Cercle de l'Harmonie, specializing in performing 18th and 19th-century music on period instruments. Rhorer has conducted notable orchestras such as the Orchestre de Paris, Philharmonia Orchestra, and Gewandhausorchester. As a composer, he received the Prix Pierre Cardin. His significant recordings include Beethoven's Missa solemnis and Mozart's Don Giovanni.
