Kaleo is an Icelandic blues-rock band formed in 2012 in Mosfellsbær. The members are Jökull Júlíusson (vocals, rhythm guitar), Davíð Antonsson (drums, backing vocals), Daníel Ægir Kristjánsson (bass guitar, keyboards), Rubin Pollock (lead guitar), and Þorleifur Gaukur Davíðsson (harmonica, bongos, keyboards). Their debut album, 'Kaleo' (2013), featured five number-one hits in Iceland. The second album, 'A/B' (2016), included the track 'Way Down We Go,' which reached number one on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart and achieved double platinum certification in the US.
