Karoline Weidt is a German singer, composer, and bandleader born in 1995 in Brandenburg. In 2020, she founded the Karoline Weidt Quartet, which combines the energy and complexity of jazz with the catchiness of pop. Their debut EP "The Dream" from 2021 received outstanding reviews. In May 2023, they released their debut album "Inviting" under Double Moon Records, featuring jazzy and catchy compositions with guest artists on vibraphone and trumpet. Weidt was a singer with the Bundesjazzorchester from 2018 to 2020 and received the BMW Young Artist Jazz Award in 2023.
