Kenny Werner is an American jazz pianist, composer, and author. Born on November 19, 1951, in Brooklyn, New York, he studied at the Manhattan School of Music and Berklee College of Music. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists such as Joe Lovano and Betty Buckley. Notable albums include "Introducing the Trio" (1989), "Live at Visiones" (1995), and "Lawn Chair Society" (2007). In 2010, he received a Guggenheim Fellowship for the album "No Beginning No End."
