Knosis is a Japanese metalcore band formed in 2022 by former Crystal Lake vocalist Ryo Kinoshita, along with Yosh Morita from Survive Said The Prophet and Daiki from Made in Me. Their debut single "Sei-Sai" was released in January 2023, followed by the EP "THE ETERNAL DOOM" in November 2023. In September 2024, they signed with SharpTone Records and released the single "FUHAI" featuring Yukina from Hanabie. Their debut album "GENKNOSIS" is scheduled for August 2025. The band blends elements of metalcore, industrial metal, and nu metal, drawing inspiration from 90s and 00s extreme metal, nu metal, metalcore, and screamo.
