Koyo is an American punk band formed in 2020 in Stony Brook, New York. The members hail from various hardcore bands, including SeeYouSpaceCowboy and Typecaste. Their debut EP, "Painting Words Into Lines," was released in March 2020. In 2022, they signed with Pure Noise Records and released their debut album, "Would You Miss It?" in September 2023. Their music is influenced by emo and melodic hardcore styles, and they have collaborated with members of bands such as Glassjaw and The Movielife.
