Kremerata Baltica is a chamber orchestra founded in 1997 by Latvian violinist Gidon Kremer. The ensemble comprises young musicians from the Baltic states: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Their repertoire includes works of classical music as well as contemporary composers. Notable recordings include the 2001 album "After Mozart," which won a Grammy Award for Best Small Ensemble. The orchestra regularly performs at international festivals and concert halls worldwide, contributing to the promotion of Baltic musical culture.
