L.A. Takedown is a Los Angeles-based instrumental rock project led by composer and multi-instrumentalist Aaron M. Olson. Inspired by progressive rock, krautrock, and film soundtracks, the group has released several albums, including "L.A. Takedown" (2015), "II" (2017), "Our Feeling of Natural High" (2020), and "They Move and They Shine" (2023). Their music is characterized by expansive compositions and rich harmonies, with the album "II" recorded in a home studio with producer Shane Stonebeck.
