Led Zeppelin was a British rock band formed in London in 1968. The members were vocalist Robert Plant, guitarist Jimmy Page, bassist and keyboardist John Paul Jones, and drummer John Bonham. The band is known for its influence on the development of hard rock and heavy metal. Notable albums include "Led Zeppelin IV" and "Physical Graffiti". After John Bonham's death in 1980, the band disbanded. In 1995, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and in 2012, they received the Kennedy Center Honors.
