Letters to Cleo is an American alternative rock band from Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 1990. Their debut album, "Aurora Gory Alice," was originally released in 1993 and later re-released in 1994. The album features the single "Here & Now," which reached number 56 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 10 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart. The band is known for their energetic sound and distinctive vocals of lead singer Kay Hanley. Throughout their career, they have released several other albums, including "Wholesale Meats and Fish" and "Go!" In 2025, they plan to reissue "Aurora Gory Alice" on vinyl.
