Lou Gramm is an American singer and songwriter, best known as the co-founder and original frontman of the rock band Foreigner. During his tenure with the band from 1976 to 1990 and again from 1992 to 2003, he contributed to hits like "I Want to Know What Love Is" and "Waiting for a Girl Like You". In 1987, he released his debut solo album "Ready or Not", featuring the successful single "Midnight Blue". In 2013, he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame alongside Mick Jones. In 2024, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Foreigner.
