Lowell Fulson was an American blues guitarist and songwriter, recognized as a significant figure in West Coast blues. Born in 1921 in Oklahoma, he began his career in the 1940s. His most notable songs include "Reconsider Baby" and "Tramp". He collaborated with artists such as Ray Charles and Stanley Turrentine. In 1993, he was inducted into the Blues Foundation Hall of Fame.
